We offer full day and part time preschool and daycare for ages 6 weeks old to Pre-Kindergarten in Pleasant Hill, IA.

We are a small Christian daycare that teaches children about Jesus while preparing them for Kindergarten. Your child will have a wide range of learning experiences with a focus on Jesus. Providing early childhood education while in a loving environment is how we shine bright in our community as a preschool daycare.

The center is open from 6:30am to 5:30pm. Monday through Friday.

Infants: 6 weeks old to 18 months old

Early Preschool: 18 months old through 2 years old

Preschool: 3 and early 4’s

Pre-Kindergarten: anyone going into Kindergarten in the Fall

Teacher’s use their expertise to design the rest of the weekly lesson plan including literacy, math, science, creative expression, physical fitness, and character development. Orange Curriculum is used for our Preschool Bible lesson, and Grow Curriculum is used for PreK.

We try to give them a different activity, talk to them at their level and/or let them go to the calm down area until they are ready to play again

We are open from 6:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday

We are excited to have Des Moines Public Schools cater a nutritious breakfast and lunch daily with snacks also being provided for our kids!

Keep in mind that we are a nut-free campus.

We use the Brightwheel app to send what goes on daily and sending pictures

When is tuition paid and are there any other fees?

Tuition is due by the Friday before your child has care and can conveniently be taken care of through Brightwheel app. There is also an annual enrollment fee of $100 for your first child and $50 for each after that.

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only true, authoritative Word of God.
